Happy New Year!
Do you remember what you were doing, this time, 10-years ago?
Kyle and I were in the planning stages of our June wedding. And now that I'm thinking about it, time has really flown by. Now we're married, almost 10-years and have 2-boys with two different personalities. Neither one look like the other. A house we call home and a jobs that we both love, most of the time.
God is good!
God's blessings on your families this new year. Keep in touch. -k.a.k.n.-

Wasn't it just 10 years ago that we all spent New Years together in Springfield. I remember playing games that pissed everyone off at each other for alittle bit, but it sure was fun.
Happy New Year!!!
I don't remember if that was the year. But I do have proof on video. I'll have to check it out. My guess is, we shouldn't play games together anymore, huh?
Niether. New Years 96. Chad, Wendy, Sean, Jennifer, Kyle & Angie. I think Bryan came over too. I'd have to watch the tape for sure, but for some reason I remember him playing foozeball with someone.
I think we were playing Taboo, which gets everyone all kinds of fired up.
Ok don't make your head explode. I looked at the tape and I wrote down '96. My mistake. Satisfied?
So I'm thinking it would have to be '97, b/c in '98 Jenn had split.
You know what? You're wrong!!! I don't get that chance everyday to say that. We were dating New Years '96. We were engaged Nov. '96, married in June '97. What crack are you smokin'? So I am right. You are wrong. And you're just lucky I said yes to what you call a proposal! ha ha How do you like them apples?
It's so nice to see that the two of you can playfully argue from halfway across the country. I think I feel my eyes welling up a little.
Ok. I'm thinking Dec. '96, which we were celebrating New Years '97. But in my defense, it was New Years Eve 1996. That was the specific day we were together, getting ready to celebrate New Years Day 1997. So I guess you were right too, but I never said I was wrong, just that I made a mistake! I'm glad we got that straightened out.
You know, Joice is the one who started this little discussion. He's always getting someone in trouble. :-) No wonder no one can get along!
I'm glad we have been great entertainment for you, Jenni.
Just making it known that if you're going to quote me, you better quote me right!
The picture for my profile was taken in August. She is due in about 4 weeks. Feb. 11. AAAHHHHHHH! We can't wait. I am tired of Julie getting to hold the baby the whole time. Baby hog! No, I will not experience being pregnant. Thanks for the congrats!
How you been?
Correction. Melissa and Colby were married in January of 1996. I don't know about the rest of the argument but I can correct KB.
Excellent! I talked to Sean about it and he even agrees with me. So who's right or more importantly, who's wrong?
It's the wording that screwing you up. I'm right, you're right. Let's move on. I think we've exhausted this discussion. I wonder what Joice thinks? He was there!
I usually check back on blogs after I had made a post, somehow this one slipped my mind. Let me start by saying how sorry I am to have started WW3 with the Brices. Although besides thinking about that NY's in Springfield, there is nothing better than watching/hearing you to battle it out with words. Here is what I know to be true:
1. C&M were married in 1/96, Wendy and I had just gotten engaged.
2. You both got married in 97.
3. We must have been in Springfield for New Year's Eve 96 and New Year's Day 97.
4. The date on the video would have reflected New Year's Eve 96 because that was the night of Taboo.
5. You are both wrong and right!
6. I am always right!!
7. It is fun watching you two fight verbally.
Again, had I know that this would have escalated into a throw down, I might have kept my mouth shut. I guess it is a good thing that KB is out of state or may be on the couch. Which is comfy by the way, but not long enough.
Thank you for sharing your true facts Chad, which I tried explaining to him, but he refuses to listen. He does have a big mellon head. Don't worry about our war. You've seen plenty and we always bounce back. It's kind of fun fighting among friends. :-)
Ah, why do you have to bring Emily into this? That's bad. So are you admitting defeat to this New Years discussion?
It's been a fun "war" as Chad put.
Much love to you babe. See ya soon.
KB, you have me laughing. That joke never gets old. Ihate that it is more directed at Sean...oh wait no I don't.
I'm not admitting anything. But I will say this...I went up against you in a chess game and finally beat your "A". Admit that, genius.
Your EGO can't get any bigger can it? Well, that 1 is all I need. If you're so smart, you wouldn't have lost that game. I feel good about myself!
